But there are so many benefits to keeping this important part of your evening routine—or getting back to it if mealtime was more flexible during summer vacation. In addition to structured time where you can catch up with your kids, cooking and eating dinner together teaches them an important life skill, inspires good eating habits and encourages contributing to family chores. 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗔𝗿𝘁: 𝗔 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗣𝗧𝗔𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲For over 50 years, the National PTA Reflections arts program has furthered the goals of program founder Mary Lou Anderson, who believed in the power and importance of the arts, by awarding the National PTA’s Mary Lou Anderson Reflections Arts Enhancement Grant. The grant awards two local PTAs funding to help them administer innovative, student-centered programs that increase access to high quality arts learning experiences and new pathways for students to participate in National PTA’s Reflections program.
